During my stay at Ch Velarde for Thanksgiving, I found the hotel to be a delightful gem in the heart of Seville. I appreciated everything about my visit, but what truly stood out to me was the exceptional culinary experience offered on-site. The flavors, presentation, and creativity showcased in each dish truly represented the best of Andalusian cuisine and modern Spanish gastronomy.
